I am writing to encourage you to co-sponsor the Parental Rights Amendment (House Joint Resolution 121).
This common sense legislation will enshrine Parental Rights in the U.S. Constitution and thereby protect the fundamental right of parents to raise their children according to their values.
The Parental Rights Amendment protects the right of parents to direct the upbringing and education of their children. These rights are being threatened by inconsistent standards in state and federal courts, and we must take steps to ensure their continued protection.
