Out of This World - Blog Turns Supernatural or Spiritual

A Continued Commitment... TO OUR NATIONS FUTURE!

There are thousands of social service agencies, both publicly and privately funded, as well as individual caregivers. Information and access to these services is fragmented. Many providers do not even have a presence on the web. Consumers of social services need help finding available and accessible resources quickly and in one place. iNforma Nation offers verified information such as links to resource sites, articles, community events, professional and educational workshops, and more for free. Professionals and agencies alike can add free resource and event content, and consumers can use the site to request help in finding the resources or information they need.

Re: Supervised Visitation with Toni Dalton

Ms. Addie Maxwell,

I am writing today to request for you or any qualified personnel of Home Base Inc. to consult with my daughters Guardian ad Litem and my Attorney. Mr. Yoho did not object to non 3rd party visits in Jocelyns current place of residence. Her father's home has already completed a home study by the Department of Health and Human Resources as well as the child's Guardian ad Litem.

She is of tender years and forcing parties to meet at a facility is seemingly unreasonable unless there was reason of conflict. With sub zero weather this poses two problems I can see. Mainly, exposing this young child to many possible illness, from the many children that are coming there. As well as her caretakers physical condition limits her mobility. I know it is very hard for her to get around.

Mr. Falter, her father has stated from the very start of services desire to allow such 3rd parties in his home. James and I communicate extremely well and to date never conflicted on any matter. The Supervised Visit Coordinator, Ms. Toni Dalton has not objected either. With all parties in agreement, please direct Ms. Dalton to Mr. Falters address for further visits.Thank you for your prompt attention in this matter.

Sincerely,

Andrea D. Lopez
