 Legal Kidnap! Government Fraud, Defamation, Civil Rights Violations, Tortious Interference of Parental Rights; Parental Rights not afforded and without solid evidence.


Grandmother (Robin Sowers) being WV resident was granted sole custody proceeding criminal investigation of her son. My two children (Jeremiah &  Rayanna Burchett) VA claims jurisdiction due to youngest being born there.  My parental rights were never terminated or relinquished but still do not have custody them. Grandmother was given custody by the state (Commonwealth of Virginia, Dept. Health & Human Services) (Child Protective Services) without investigation for me or my family due to Fathers (Bradford Burchett) criminal charges. All of which I was cleared of any involvement of in court by investigator.

WV DHHR/CPS....after being notified by certified mail: No Consent, Cease and Desist, Preservation of Parental Rights. All have been ignored and have moved for legal action against me on based on false allegations. Family able and willing to take child as we proceed. I am confident this will be resolved.
