In the second arrest as described by Petitioner, CPS Case Manager. It has been further relayed to the Client Services Unit upon filing a grievance. Mr. Parks The Community Service Manager. He has described the incident completely untrue! I was denied medical treatment. A horrific experience indeed. I was choked for several minutes. Threatened to "Get those broke." Meaning my hands. I was then maced and forcefully drug out of my parked vehicle. I did not pose a threat to anyone. I was then pinned on the trunk of my car for over 30 min while EMS attempted to DCON, without proper supplies! I was not charged for being under the influence. I clearly did not "Attack" anybody. My physician has declared this was in fact a medical problem. Placing direct emphasis on “What happened in Court the previous day.” Having an extreme episode of pure panic alongside Tachycardia. Dr. Gainer has also stated that I should not be on the medications given by United Summit Center, completely misdiagnosis. She does want me to continue with maintenance as discussed.
